Not too long ago I entered an Instagram contest with Ecco Bella to describe what natural beauty meant to me. I had my eye on this brand for a while but I didn’t actually need new blush quite yet, so kept waiting. Guys, I never win anything–the last time I got super siked was when I won that Shea Moisture VoxBox from Influenster. But, I never win on Instagram and so maybe this will be my lucky year haha! I didn’t win first place, but I did win a $50 gift card to their online store, which gave me the opportunity to try some of their stuff and that to me was enough to make my day.
What I like about Ecco Bella is that they are gluten free, use 70% organic ingredients and focus on natural ingredients. For instance–their blush? The same flower waxes that protect delicate petals on flowers are the same waxes they include in their products. How cool it that? I was excited to see if everything I had heard about them measured up.
What I Bought:
🌿FlowerColor Blush in Earthy Rose – $15.95
🌿Good for You Gloss in Peace (Mini) – $7.95
🌿Mist-On Toner Vitamin Spray (Mini) – $8.95
FlowerColor Blush in Earthy Rose
The color online looks much darker than it is in person, but the color is gorgeous. It is indeed earth-toned like the name suggests–with red, light browns, and peachy hues that give a very flushed and healthy glow.
The pan is small and I was a little shocked when opening the package. However, I was satisfied when I realized just how pigmented the blush actually is. I spend $36 on my blush at 100% Pure, but those blushes are almost triple this size, so with the price point and size that this comes it, it’s reasonable. The plus side is that you won’t have to worry about this running out before it expires. 🙂
You can buy a compact to keep your refill in, but I don’t necessarily think that you’d have to. The package it comes in keeps the blush secure with a magnet at the bottom, and since I haven’t needed to travel with it, it’s working just fine this way. Although, as my collection grows, I may end changing my mind.
You need a very gentle hand when applying–just the slightest pat on your blush brush to cover both cheeks! I like a very natural look, but you can build up the color intensity to your choosing.
What I like:
These blushes are very clean, talc free, and contain certified organic ingredients like:
🌿Kaolin Clay – which is naturally detoxifying for the skin
🌿Sweet Almond Oil – which is moisturizing and soothing
🌿Green Tea Extract – which has anti-aging properties
🌿Aloe extract -which is healing to skin irritations and dermatitis.
It also contains flower wax over sythentic waxes which I absolutely love.

Good For You Gloss in Peace
This stuff is really smooth on your lips and sets in nicely to last a few hours. My husband really likes this on me and I think it complements my olive skin tone well. Although its small, I think this pocket-size mini is perfect for your purse, is a fair price, and will last a long time. I think I’ll buy the full-size once this runs out.
It is a light-brown nude with a nice pigment that fades into your lips after a few hours for a more subtle look. It has a slight shimmer to it, but nothing sophomoric.
It isn’t sticky and is thinner than a balm, but it is moisturizing with ingredients like castor oil, organic palmfruit stearin, shea butter, candelilla wax, aloe vera, and complex vitamin E. It has a slight scent to it that is sweet and pleasant and is gentle and hydrating on my lips. Like most light lip colors, do make sure to buff out your lips prior to wearing, simply to give yourself a smooth palette to work with 🙂
Mist-On Toner Vitamin Spray
The Toner works very well as a setting spray and feels great on my skin, although I will mention that it has apple cider vinegar which helps to balance the pH of your skin, but be mindful that you do pick up on that scent when applying. The scent fades very quickly however, and I still really like it due to its performance. The ingredients really are superb and I can feel a difference in my skin–especially the sensitive areas that are inflamed or irritated, and I feel like it’s helping to clear up my acne so I’ll continue to buy this. You can’t beat the price of the mini, $8.95 for a generous amount to decide whether or not it works for you.
Aloe vera barbadensis*, vegetable glycerine, apple cider vinegar*, saccharide isomerate (water binder), VitaminCells: Soy lecithin non GMO liposomes with full-spectrum vitamin E with palm tocopherols & tocotrienols, vitamin C ascorbyl palmitate, astaxanthin, beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene, zeaxanthin, CoQ10; extracts of licorice glycyrrhiza glabra*, marshmallow althea officinalis*, red clover trifolium pretense*; essential oils of lavender lavandula angustifolia, rosemary leaf rosmarinus officinalis & geranium pelargonium graveolens, sodium levulinate, sodium anisate.
